Fulltime - In Person Coding Bootcamps
With the steadily rising costs of college, a traditional four-year college education may be out of reach for many. A full-time undergraduate program schedule can also be difficult to juggle with other responsibilities, such as work or family. Coding bootcamps offer options that are more affordable and flexible, making them attractive for busy professionals looking to reinvent or advance their careers.
A common misconception about completing a coding bootcamp instead of a college degree is that there is a lack of credibility in the eyes of the employer. An average of 79% of bootcamp graduates are employed in the tech industry after graduation, according to CIRR data.
The length of coding bootcamps ranges from two months to one year and the typical bootcamp coding regimen is rigorous, which it needs to be to fit inside this tight window.
A coding bootcamp is usually eight to ten hours a day of lectures and project-based training, though this assumes a full-time schedule. It takes about three months to fully learn coding if you study full-time six days a week.
